What to include in a support request

  • Whether you used live camera scan or photo import.
  • A short description of what went wrong.
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.

Current product scope

  • No account or login is required.
  • No cloud sync is included in this version.
  • ProteinPerYen Pro auto-renewable subscriptions unlock camera scan, photo import, live scan, and saved history.
  • Purchases are billed and managed through Apple, not directly by Protein Price.
  • Use Restore Purchases in Settings if Pro does not unlock after reinstalling or changing devices.
  • Recent scan history is stored only on your device.

Open Settings in the app, then tap Restore purchases.

Manage or cancel

Use your App Store account subscription settings on iPhone or iPad.

Important disclaimers

Protein Price estimates protein density and protein-per-yen value from OCR and user-confirmed inputs. Results can be wrong when labels are hard to read, prices change, or a product uses unusual serving formats.

Use the app as a shopping aid only. Confirm the final nutrition label, serving size, and shelf price yourself before making purchasing or dietary decisions.
